Delivery:

• Ragi delivers to Switzerland only.

• A flat fee of CHF 10 is applied to all shipments 

• We offer free shipments above CHF 200

• Packages are sent by post within 5 to 7 working days, indicative time. During commercially busy periods, such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve periods, the indicated deadlines may be extended.

• You understand and agree that Ragi cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from delivery including but not limited to theft, loss, delay, resulting from the shipment of the order by post.

• You agree that if delivery is not possible or only possible in difficult circumstances for reasons for which Ragi is not responsible, such as an incorrect delivery address, lack of recipient, lack of access authorization, poor weather or traffic conditions, or other hazards, Ragi cannot be held liable and no compensation can be claimed.

• If your package is damaged, please accept it and send us a picture as soon as possible to evaluate the damage. Sometimes it's just one item that broke. Because all the products are fresh, if you reject the package all the items will go to waste.

Cancellation and Returns:

• You can cancel your order within the next 2 days after the purchase by sending us an email.  If your order was already shipped, we won't accept any cancellations.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. If there is a problem with any of your products or order, send us an email at ragifood@gmail.com, and we’ll fix it.
