What is kombucha?
A raw, unpasteurised drink made by fermenting tea and infusing it with organic fruits, veggies or botanicals. Unlike most soft drinks and many kombuchas, our bubbles are 100% natural, created by fermentation.
Have it on its own, in smoothies or as a base for mocktails.
 
Ingredients
Filtered water*, SCOBY* (live cultures), beet sugar*, black tea* (Portugal), fruits*/vegetables*/botanicals* depending on the flavour.
*Certified organic. Vegan and lactose-free.
 
Good to know
Living product: shipped at room temperature, refrigerate as soon as it arrives.
Keeps up to 12 months in the fridge. The taste grows stronger over time as fermentation slowly continues.
Naturally fizzy, so don’t shake the bottle.
A brown floating layer may form. It’s harmless cellulose made by the cultures, and a sign your kombucha is truly raw.
Classified under Swiss law as an alcoholic beverage under 1.2%.
