Wir füllen es, Sie bekommen es
In kleinen Mengen handgefertigt und einmal wöchentlich versandt. Lieferung bis an Ihre Haustür in der ganzen Schweiz oder Abholung an einem unserer Abholpunkte.

Überspringen oder Abbrechen
Schicken Sie uns einfach eine kurze E-Mail, und wir kümmern uns darum. Keine Vertragslaufzeit, keine Vorwarnung, kein unnötiges Gerede, um Ihnen einen besseren Service zu bieten.

Wiederverwendung oder Rückgabe
Sie können die leeren Flaschen als Blumengefäße oder Seifenspender verwenden oder sie zu uns zurückbringen (Rückgabesystem nur in Lausanne verfügbar).

Because the flavours change with the season. Rhubarb arrives in May, elderflower in June, tomato-basil in August. If we let you choose, we couldn't guarantee the product, whereas we can guarantee the season. You choose the quantities and the types (kombucha, tibicos, kimchi, tempeh). We choose what's right, right now.
Yes, any time. Send us a quick email to skip, pause or cancel, and we'll take care of it. No commitment period and no notice.
No. Just email us to skip or pause that month, and everything's back when you return. Nothing is lost.
All across Switzerland, usually the first Tuesday after your subscription date. Prefer to pick up? Collect from Racines café (Lausanne) or from us (Lutry).
In the fridge, always. The drinks keep for a year, kimchi for two years (and gets better), and tempeh for 10 days, or a year in the freezer. Each product has its date on the lid.
Yes! Choose a box or build one, enter the recipient's address at checkout, and add a note if you'd like. We'll deliver it to them, or set it up for pick-up.
Absolutely. You can run several subscriptions side by side, for example a Drinks Box for you and a Ragi Box as a gift, each with its own delivery or pick-up.
One thing when you set them up: if you're ordering several subscriptions together with individual products, please place them in two separate orders, the individual products in one, the subscriptions in another. Otherwise the system splits them and each subscription ends up charged its own delivery. If in doubt, write to us.Yes, and it doesn't matter which box you're subscribed to. Say you're on the Drinks Box and fancy a kimchi: order the kimchi, choose "pick up at Ragi" at checkout, and add a note asking us to add it to your next box. We'll include the extra products in your next delivery at no additional cost.
