Living products: shipped at room temperature, refrigerate as soon as they arrive.
Kombucha and tibicos keep up to 12 months unopened in the fridge. Once opened, enjoy within a week.
Kimchi keeps up to 2 years in the fridge, becoming more sour and intense over time.
Fresh tempeh: eat within 10 days, or freeze it for up to a year.
