What is water kefir?
Also known as tibicos, water kefir is a raw, naturally sparkling drink with a long tradition in Mexico, Japan and the Caucasus. We ferment a lightly sweetened water with kefir grains, then infuse it with organic fruits or flowers. During fermentation, the live cultures feed on most of the sugar, making it a lighter alternative to sugary sodas.
Enjoy it on its own, over ice, in living cocktails or even in vinaigrettes.
 
Ingredients
Filtered water, water kefir grains* (live cultures), beet sugar*, fruits* or flowers* depending on the flavour.
*Certified organic. Vegan and lactose-free.
 
Good to know
Living product: shipped at room temperature, refrigerate as soon as it arrives.
Keeps up to 12 months unopened in the fridge, thanks to its natural acidity. The taste and aroma grow stronger over time. Once opened, enjoy within a week.
Lightly fizzy, so don’t shake the bottle.
Some sediment at the bottom is normal and a sign it’s truly raw.
Classified under Swiss law as an alcoholic beverage under 1.2%.
