Because we ferment with what's in season, locally and organically. Elderflower, rhubarb, wild garlic and the rest come and go with the year, so the line-up shifts each season. The Ragis are living cultures too, so no two batches taste quite alike. Half the fun is meeting the new ones.
Two. Home delivery by post, anywhere in Switzerland, a flat CHF 10 and free over CHF 150. Or pick up your order for free, either from our kitchen in Lutry or from Racines café in Lausanne.
