Markets, fairs & festivals

Come and taste them in person

Half the fun is the table itself: pouring someone their first kombucha and watching their face, arguing about kimchi, and hearing what people do with it at home. We always come back with more ideas than we brought. Here's where we've been, and where you might catch us next.

What's next

Nothing booked,
for the minute

We don't keep a regular market stand. We pick a handful of fairs and festivals a year, when the season and the kitchen allow it. When the next one lands, it'll appear right here.

The next date isn't set yet.

Rather than invent one, we'll be honest: there's nothing in the diary today. Put your email in below and you'll hear the moment that changes, or catch us at the kitchen in Lutry in the meantime.

Want us at
your event?

If you're putting together a market, a food festival, a tasting or a company do, we'd love to hear about it. We handle these ourselves, so you'll get a real answer from a real person.

01  We bring the whole range.

Kombucha, tibicos, kimchi and tempeh, chilled and ready to taste.

02  We explain, gladly.

Tell people what fermentation is, why it's alive, and how to keep it that way at home.

03  We travel.

Mostly Romandie, though we've hauled crates to Zurich, Basel and Ticino when it's worth it.

04  We clear up after ourselves.

Our bottles and jars come back with us and get reused.

Don't miss the next one

A word a month,
and every date

New market dates go out to the newsletter first, along with a recipe and whatever's fermenting that month.

ABOUT ONE A MONTH · NO SPAM, EVER
