Merch · three things, made properly
Wear the bacteria
We are not a merch brand, so there are exactly three things: a tote, a t-shirt and a cap, all carrying our hand-drawn mascots. Recycled PET for the bag, organic cotton for the rest, and every bit of it made in Europe.

Why only three things
Less merch, better merch
We could print our logo on twelve more objects. Instead we made three we actually use ourselves: a bag strong enough for a market run, a shirt we wear in the kitchen, and a cap for the sun. When we run out, we reprint. That is the whole plan.
Seasons
We follow nature, not a calendar. Every collection begins with what's growing nearby. We don't make the same drinks year-round because the best ingredients don't either.
Time
Fermentation can't be rushed. Every batch is brewed slowly, giving the cultures time to develop flavour naturally. No shortcuts. Just patience.
Nearby
We source organic fruit, herbs and botanicals from nearby growers whenever we can. Less travel means fresher flavours and stronger local relationships.
